We have developed an evaluation and review process, designed to measure the learning climate within your organisation, identifying and helping you to create an action plan for improvement.
Our Appraisal tool scores your organisation against the key indicators for success. We will produce a report for you in a traffic lights format indicating strengths and weaknesses. Our report will identify recommendations for improving your learning culture.
There are a range of options for using our appraisal tool:
- You can access an E-Questionnaire, which will generate a report based on the data submitted. The report will incorporate recommendations for improvement.
- As Return on Investment Consultants, we can meet with your learning and development team and use our Appraisal Instrument. This enables a more in depth assessment of your systems and processes.
