Monmouthshire Housing Association has been working with GPSVision since our set-up in January 2008 in designing and implementing our management development programme which has resulted in:
  • Increased staff morale particularly the engagement of staff with their managers, which is evidenced through the results of our Staff Survey, reduced sickness levels and low turnover
  • Performance levels are also high resulting in increased tenant satisfaction and progress against the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
Our line managers' confidence levels have also benefitted from the programme enabling them to undertake tasks that previously would have been dealt with by more senior managers or specialist departments in the council. They have learnt new skills particularly in relation to project management, delegation and dealing with poor performance which has enabled MHA to deliver projects on time, develop new systems of working and ensure high levels of productivity.

The success of MHA's service delivery and development of staff have been recognised in the achievement of the Customer Service award in the 2009 submission for the European Foundation of Quality Management and Investors In People Silver in 2010. Overall the programme has significantly helped MHA work towards its Vision of delivering quality services and sustainable communities
